(Art) appeals from a juvenile court order adjudicating his two minor children to be in need of assistance, placing them in their mother's physical care, and granting him only supervised visitation. He contends that because Ohio was the home state of the children and their custody was at issue in a marriage dissolution action pending in that state, the Iowa juvenile court was without jurisdiction under the Uniform Child Custody Jurisdiction Act...
