KENNEDY, Circuit Judge.

Following a jury trial, defendant Mark D. Clements was convicted of conspiracy and attempt to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 846 and 18 U.S.C. § 2, and using a firearm in relation to a drug trafficking crime in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 924(c).
