Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.

In connection with his guilty plea in this case, the defendant was promised a sentence of an indeterminate term of 3 to 6 years imprisonment. He was released pending sentence and instructed by the court that if he failed to appear on the scheduled sentencing date, the court would not be bound by its promise with respect to the sentence and he would not be permitted to withdraw his guilty...
