This is an appeal from a judgment of the Ross County Court of Common Pleas, Juvenile Division, finding appellant delinquent and committing him to the legal custody of the Ohio Department of Youth Services. Appellant contends that the trial court's acceptance of his admission to the complaint without complying with the requirements of Juv.R. 29(D) violated his constitutional rights to due process.
