STEVEN J. COVEY, Bankruptcy Judge.

On February 21, 1991, this Court found that Defendant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") had breached its lease with Plaintiff, Oklahoma Plaza Investors, Ltd. ("OPI") in regard to the Rolling Hills Shopping Center in Catoosa, Oklahoma. This Court in its ruling found that the lease between the parties was unambiguous and did not consider any extrinsic evidence as to the intent of the parties...
