On February 21, 1991, this Court found that Defendant, Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. ("Wal-Mart") had breached its lease with Plaintiff, Oklahoma Plaza Investors, Ltd. ("OPI") in regard to the Rolling Hills Shopping Center in Catoosa, Oklahoma.
