Defendant, Felix Polkey, appeals from his conviction of criminal trespass. For the reasons which follow, we dismiss the appeal.

Defendant was originally charged by bill of information with the felony of attempted simple burglary of an inhabited dwelling, in violation of La.R.S. 14:27 and 62.2.
