John L. McLaughlin and his insurer, Mutual Service Casualty Company, appeal the trial court's judgment based upon a jury verdict finding McLaughlin liable for injuries suffered by Thomas W. Nelson and from the subsequent denial of his motions for relief. McLaughlin argues that there is insufficient evidence in the record to sustain a finding of liability.
