Defendant Yves Lerebours was convicted for various drug-related offenses. He raises three issues in this appeal: whether the district court properly refused to dismiss based upon a Commerce Clause challenge to the criminal statute; whether the district court properly refused to enter a judgment of acquittal for insufficient evidence; and whether the defendant's sentence was appropriate under the Sentencing Guidelines.
