In this case of first impression, we must answer a question of procedure under OCGA § 14-3-1604, which governs orders allowing members of nonprofit corporations access to corporate records. Westbury Square Townhouses Association, Inc., a nonprofit corporation, appeals from a superior court order directing it to allow Richard Bryan, one of its members, to inspect and copy certain corporate records, and to pay Bryan $500 in costs
