Jerry Wayne Ables, a Texas inmate, appeals the district court's denial of his petition for writ of habeas corpus. We affirm.

A grand jury returned two indictments against Ables for aggravated robbery and burglary of a habitation. One indictment charged two counts of aggravated robbery, both alleging the use or exhibition of a deadly weapon.
