American States Insurance Company (American States) appeals from a judgment denying its motion for costs and attorney fees under §§ 814.025 and 802.05, STATS. The trial court denied the motion on the ground that it was not filed prior to the entry of judgment as required under our decision in Northwest Wholesale Lumber, Inc. v. Anderson, 191 Wis.2d 278
