Appellant, Salvatore Cipiti, was indicted on one charge of domestic violence, which stemmed from an incident involving his father. This charge was later dismissed. A count of aggravated menacing was brought against appellant arising from the same incident. On October 13, 1995, the jury returned a verdict a guilty to the lesser included offense of menacing. The municipal court judge sentenced appellant to a fine of $250 plus costs and thirty days, suspended...
