The defendant, State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Company (State Farm), appeals from an order of the Superior Court (Barry, J.) declaring the plaintiff, Helene Gisonni, entitled to uninsured motorist coverage pursuant to New Hampshire's Financial Responsibility Act, RSA chapter 264.
