Danny Lee Jones (defendant) was convicted in Mohave County Superior Court of two counts of premeditated first degree murder and one count of attempted premeditated first degree murder. The trial court sentenced defendant to two consecutive death sentences for the murders and to a consecutive sentence of life imprisonment for the attempted murder.
