CORRIGAN, P.J.

Defendant appeals of right his guilty plea of breaking and entering an occupied dwelling with intent to commit larceny, MCL 750.110; MSA 28.305. In exchange for the plea, the prosecutor agreed to drop charges of unlawfully driving away an automobile (UDAA), MCL 750.413; MSA 28.645, and habitual offender, second offense, MCL 769.10; MSA 28.1082. We remand for further proceedings consistent with this opinion.
