Defendants appeal as of right from an opinion and order granting plaintiffs' motion for entry of a consent judgment. We reverse.

The basic facts are undisputed. Plaintiff Brunet (hereinafter plaintiff) is a former sales representative of defendant Decorative Engineering, Inc.
