Thomas R. Sheibenberger ("Sheibenberger") was arrested for aggravated menacing and unlawful discharge of a firearm on August 15, 1983. The charges were withdrawn and the case was dismissed in September 1983. On August 28, 1984, Sheibenberger was arrested for improperly handling a firearm in a motor vehicle.
