In the early morning hours of June 13, 1995, appellee Gloria Highhawk brought heroin to the residence of Steve Wilson for recreational use. She injected the drug into Wilson, a quadriplegic, at his request. Shortly thereafter, Wilson became unresponsive and medical personnel were summoned. Wilson was taken to Citizen's General Hospital where he was later pronounced dead as a result of acute heroin...
