LEVINE, Justice.

Paul Alan Fenske appeals from a judgment and decree granting a divorce to his former spouse Jerilyn Rae Fenske, now known as Jerilyn Rae Fick. We affirm and award Fick $250 in attorney fees and costs.

Fenske and Fick were married in 1990. They had a child in 1991. Citing irreconcilable differences, Fick filed for divorce in August 1993. The parties then separated, and after briefly reconciling in late 1993, separated permanently in January...
