The decedent, Leonard H. Steibel, purchased a parcel of property for $340,000 and gave a mortgage of $180,000 to the sellers. The appellants, the decedent's son and daughter-in-law, allegedly contributed $125,000 to the purchase price, but received two promissory notes for $75,000 and $50,000 respectively...
