I. INTRODUCTION

Randy R. and Lucinda H. Detweiler were convicted in a bench trial of manufacturing a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver. In addition, they were each charged with failure to affix a drug tax stamp. The record demonstrates that the district court dismissed this charge against Randy, but the record is silent as to the charge against Lucinda. Randy and Lucinda appeal their convictions...
