RULON, J.:

Arthur Byron Cuddy, defendant, appeals his convictions for possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia and obstruction of official duty, claiming the district court erred in denying his motions for a new attorney, for self-representation, and for a mistrial. We affirm.
