RICHARD ALLEN GRIFFIN, Judge.

The Supreme Court remanded this case to the Court of Appeals for consideration as on leave granted. 448 Mich. 913, 533 N.W.2d 583 (1995). Thus, plaintiff appeals as on leave granted the order of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission modifying the magistrate's award of disability compensation benefits. We affirm.
