INTRODUCTION

This matter is before the Court on the debtors' appeal from the Bankruptcy Court. In an adversarial proceeding, the Bankruptcy Court, Rhodes, J., granted the plaintiff-appellee Donna Schwartz's motion for summary judgment, finding that the judgment she received against the debtor, defendant-appellant Michael Dunn, was non-dischargeable under 11 U.S.C. § 523(a)(9).
