The above captioned matter proceeded to a jury trial before the Honorable Charles H. Loughran on Tuesday, November 7, 1995, and a jury verdict was returned in favor of the plaintiffs, Daniel A. Trumbetta and Marjorie C. Trumbetta, his wife, against both defendants. The jury awarded $300,000 to Daniel A. Trumbetta and $35,000 upon the wife's claim for loss of consortium. The verdict
