This is an original proceeding in discipline filed by the Disciplinary Administrator's office against Henry H. Blase, of Wichita, an attorney admitted to the practice of law in Kansas. The complaint filed against respondent alleged a violation of Model Rule of Professional Conduct (MRPC) 8.4 (1995 Kan. Ct. R. Annot. 340).

Respondent filed an answer denying the allegations and challenging the sufficiency of the allegations.
