Defendant pleaded guilty of malicious destruction of property valued at more than $100, M.C.L. § 750.377a; M.S.A. § 28.609(1). He was sentenced to six to forty-eight months of imprisonment to be served consecutively to a prior two to ten year sentence for breaking and entering, from which sentence defendant had been paroled at the time he committed the instant offense.
