The Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations, Apr. 18, 1961, 23 U.S.T. 3227, T.I.A.S. No. 7502, provides nearly absolute civil and criminal immunity for diplomatic personnel stationed in foreign countries.1 That Appellees Faris and Lana Mufti are covered by the Vienna Convention...
