A jury found Kirk Lieberg guilty on three counts each of second-degree burglary and misdemeanor theft for the unauthorized entry into, and removal of women's undergarments from, three homes. On appeal, Lieberg argues the trial court erroneously refused to suppress evidence gathered in a search of his house because: (1) the affidavit, when properly sanitized, does not establish probable cause; and (2) the prior unlawful search prompted...
