In this personal injury negligence appeal, plaintiff-appellant Janice H. Menkens, now known as Jancie H. Lameo, claims the trial court erred when it permitted the medical witness for defendants-appellees James T. Finley and Arron W. Finley to testify by videotape deposition rather than requiring the witness to personally appear and testify before the jury.
