Following a three-day trial, a jury convicted defendants Aedan McCarthy and Jeffrey Scott Hunter of various charges stemming from a series of bank robberies in Alabama, Connecticut and Maine. On appeal, McCarthy and Hunter challenge the district court's refusal to grant their respective suppression motions.
