This is an appeal from an order of the Court of Common Pleas of Delaware County granting summary judgment in favor of Pennland Insurance Company (Pennland) in an action for declaratory judgment instituted to interpret coverage provided by a policy of automobile insurance. The lower court's order was based on its belief that Breuninger (the insured) was entitled to $35,000.00 in uninsured and underinsured...
