While Montuelle Wright was serving a five-year term of supervised release as part of his sentence for conspiracy to distribute cocaine and cocaine base, he allegedly committed several violations of the conditions of his release. As a result, on May 19, 1995, the United States Probation Office filed a petition for revocation of the supervised release.
