Motor Warehouse, Inc. d/b/a Motor Installers ("Motor Warehouse") installed a remanufactured engine and radiator in Cleveland McMillan's 1988 Oldsmobile automobile. The automobile, however, was destroyed by fire before McMillan returned to redeem the vehicle from repair.
