Andrew Hubanks (Andrew) appeals from an order of the circuit court of Crawford County, holding him in contempt of court for failing to pay $6,355.13 in past due child support and establishing $80/month as the payments needed to cure his contempt. He contends that a 1989 Iowa order retroactively reduced his support and determined that he had fulfilled his child support obligation.
