In these consolidated cases, plaintiffs-appellants Nationwide Mutual Fire Insurance Company ("Nationwide") and the North Olmsted City School District Board of Education ("the board") appeal from the trial court orders which granted the motions for summary judgment filed by defendants-appellees Sonitrol, Inc. of Cleveland and U.S. Protective Services Corporation (collectively, "Sonitrol").
