Lossie Crapp appeals the grant of summary judgment to her employer, Elberta Crate & Box Company (Elberta), in her negligence action. Crapp was left paralyzed after her former boyfriend, Earlich Denmark, shot her on the premises of Elberta before he committed suicide.
