The appellant, Tarsha Hulett, was attacked with a glass beer mug by another patron in the women's restroom at the Ranch Bowl in Omaha, Nebraska, while attending an after-hours dance. Hulett commenced this action against the Ranch Bowl, asserting that its negligence was the proximate cause of injuries she sustained in the attack.
