After Ulana Jaroszenko forged checks worth more than $300,000, she pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges. The district court accepted her plea and entered a judgment of conviction, sentencing her to a year in prison followed by five years of supervised release. It also ordered her to make full restitution. Although she does not contest her conviction, Jaroszenko does challenge several aspects of her sentencing, arguing that the entire sentencing...
