Raymond Pratt III, (hereinafter "Appellant") from a May 10, 1995, order of the Circuit Court of Monongalia County awarding the entire marital home to his former wife, Johanna Puskar Pratt (hereinafter "Appellee"). This matter was previously before this Court, styled Pratt v. Pratt, 193 W.Va. 106, 454 S.E.2d 400
