In the case sub judice, the parties stipulated to the facts stated above1; moreover, the defense attorney clarified his arguments by stating: "Judge, my objection would be to the on-the-scene inventory of the vehicle. I don't believe that that's the proper procedure. I believe its got to go to the tow yard and the opening of any containers that are not weapons...
