Following a conditional plea of guilty of first-degree home invasion, M.C.L. § 750.110a(2); M.S.A. § 28.305a(2), defendant was placed on youthful trainee status and ordered to serve a two-year term of probation. Three weeks later, defendant filed a "motion to terminate probation and for other relief."
