This case presents the court with the issue of whether R.C. 1707.01(J) gives intrastate securities dealers adequate notice that federal case law may be applied to calculate the current market price of over-the-counter stock to determine if the conduct of a dealer is fraudulent. For the following reasons, we answer that question in the affirmative.
