The Commonwealth appeals from a Superior Court judge's determination that the petitioner, Michael C. Hill, is no longer a sexually dangerous person (SDP). We must determine whether the Commonwealth has a right to appeal from this determination, and, if it does, whether the Superior Court's decision was erroneous.
