On April 5, 1994, defendant pleaded guilty of delivery of less than fifty grams of cocaine, second offense, M.C.L. § 333.7401(2)(a)(iv); M.S.A. 14.15(7401)(2)(a)(iv); M.C.L. § 333.7413(2); M.S.A. 14.15(7413)(2),as a result of a drug transaction that occurred on September 13, 1993. At the plea hearing, defendant admitted a previous drug conviction stemming from his drug-related activity on September 17, 1993. Defendant was sentenced...
