This case concerns the responsibility of a commercial establishment that supplies alcoholic beverages, the Norwood Country Club (club), for injuries suffered by a minor who became intoxicated while there. The minor died as a result of those injuries and the plaintiffs brought suit both on behalf of her estate, and on their own account for her wrongful death. A jury found for the plaintiffs on both causes of action...
