OPINION

ALLEY, Bankruptcy Judge:

Monumental Life Insurance Co. ("Monumental") appeals from an order finding that it is stayed by Bankruptcy Code Section 3622 from foreclosing its trust deed on real property in which the Debtor holds a junior lien. We affirm the trial court.
