This worker's compensation case is before us on remand from the Supreme Court for consideration as on leave granted. 444 Mich. 907 (1993). Plaintiff appeals from an order of the Worker's Compensation Appellate Commission that reversed the decision of the magistrate and denied plaintiff benefits. We affirm.
