Following a personal injury claim and settlement involving one of its workers, B & I Welding brought the North Star Agency and its Principal, Julius "Sonny" Eirich, into this lawsuit, claiming a failure to procure insurance coverage. The district court found that North Star breached its duty to B & I, and entered a judgment in B & I's favor. However, the district court apportioned 40% of the fault to B & I's insurance...
