On 22 November 1991, plaintiff was involved in a motor vehicle accident in the truck he was driving for his employers in Candler County, Georgia. Plaintiff suffered numerous injuries which required extensive treatment. On 5 December 1991, plaintiff was released by Dr. Hassanyheh of Metter, Georgia, to continue his care in North Carolina. He continued his care at Carolinas Medical Center in Charlotte, North Carolina...
